If the Pres wanted to do the right thing he'd veto it and at least make the Senators have to be counted in an overide vote. But the "right thing" from this bought and owned govt., on either political side in any branch?
Even if "the right thing" were to be done, we've still got this current corporatist Supreme Court so ultimately any right thing would be most likely turned around.
