Re: You know it might help

Is the 100 billion in expected costs of  crop ins claims over next 10 yrs.part of the spending problem.?    The figure will much larger as farmer become more adapt to working over the APH and  provided acre loss numbers.   What a poorly written program .    we could easily see 200b+ costs.

Re: You know it might help

You bet it is. Every time government gives you money they will try to control your business.

Yes it is part of the trouble. Give the government a few more years and there will be no small independent family farmers left. They will have successfully transferred it all to the too big to fail BTOs.

Government has given me money

and I don't give them much control. I can plant half corn and half beans or I can plant all corn or all beans and they don't care. I do pretty much what I want to and I don't feel like Im dealing with an oppressive government at all. What are they doing to you that you don't like/ That which you think is oppresive. I can hardly wait!

There is hardly anything on earth  more genuinely moving than well placed rightous indignation.

Re; What would you have had him do?

To put people back to work. What have you done to help him. Do you have any great ideas what would create a great exodus from the unemployment lines. Stop the payments? Well who will buy the stuff and help main street keep the doors open.

Re: you are living in the dark ages

Just to reinforce gough's response. The oath of allegiance, that the service men have sworn to, reads in part," to protect and defend the Constitution and Laws of the United States of America, against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC. Got that, you people take up arms, YOU ARE THE ENEMIES! So have at it boys, you think your so big and bad? Let's see just how much you believe in your little revolution! I must explain something else, you will be on your own, and there will be people who do not believe in your little experiment, that may very well be gunning for you to, it won't only be the US Army.

No they are to uphold the constitution and if they decide to take away our 2nd amendment rights they are declaring war.
