There are only about 35 house seats
that are generically competitive- meaning they lean inside 5 pts either way.
Bad matchups aside, a “wave election” swamps beyond those boundaries. But this isn’t going to be a wave election.
However the GQP does have some natural advantages this year. Their problem is that I count about 10 of the highly flippable or up for grab seats where they’ve hurt themselves badly with lunatics on the state slate.
Cant fix stupid.
