Just read an article that says the number of illegals crossing our borders should be dropping. Not because of any fence built, increased funds for border patrols or the help of the National Guard. According to World Bank figures the fertility rate in Mexico has undergone one of the steepest drops in history from 6.7 children per women iin 1970 to about 2.1 today. Mexicans must be CINO's.
