Well, if I had my druthers, I would favor a "1982 Party" where this country would socially, economically, racially, sexually would go back to my baseline of 1982.  It seems on every front this country has gotten worse, back then I was apolitical, the Democrats weren`t such damned asshoIes...my only worries was if the the Soviets were going to attack and if I could sneak into the `Shady Beach` as I wasn`t 19 yet.

Rand Paul does very much appeal to me, he basically says "okay do your drugs and corruption but we aren`t going to enable you or bail you out."   "Those of you that like your guns, you can keep your guns"    "we aren`t going to spy on you...guess what?  you are free you are adults and we aren`t your nannies"

If a Paul or Cruze isn`t elected, I`m afraid this country will take a even harder turn to the left..carrying on from Obama`s `you didn`t build that` mantra.

My Grandpa was convinced my dad's generation would not make it, my dad is conviced my generation won't make it, on and on it goes.

You can travel back if you want, I'm staying here and going forward into the unkown. Life is good if you let it be good. Yep, everyday there is some bad news and bad things that happen, and everyday there is some good news and good things that happen.

It's been that way from the beginning of time. I guess it depends on if you are an opptimist or a pessimist.

The last ten years have been incredible ,  dairy farmers now are making $1000 per cow per year, hog farmers are making $100 per pig, beef farmers are making $500-$600 per head..................  Yep, just terrible.

We had tractors back in 1982, I made damned good money feed $2.43 corn to $48 hogs.  Only those farmers that thought they could spend themselves rich got in trouble with 20% interest.  This country had a future back then, I would`ve fought and died for this country back then...today fück it.

ahhhhhh,  that 5 letter word, you just ruined my day.  I hate the nice paved roads I use for personal and business, I can't stand that after an 18" snow dump that they get out there and clean off the roads and I don't hardly have to miss a beat, don't get me started on those darn public schools where my kids get edumacated, I hate all the safety that we have, foreign and domestic. Go ahead, move to a country that has lower taxes, go on now.....

Is it as bad as you try to portray here on a daily/hourly basis ?  From the bits I've gleaned here about you, small farm, 80's equipment, you must do alright, you seem to have all kinds of free time just based on the amount of time spent here. If you want more,  do more.
