Repubs got concessions the wanted, without the dems gaining one single solitary repub vote? If that is true the dems who voted for Obama care are dumber than any rep candidate to ever appear on stage anywhere.

I have to say, I think I gained some insight on how the world works the last few years.  The problem is, I don't know what I can do to change it.

Remember, many of you here, have been around for a lot longer than I have, and already have your 'world views' more or less determined.  Myself, I am just good and started out in this crazy world, trying to raise 2 kids, both too young for grade school yet.  What seemed at one time to be obvious, is now shaded in gray.

Things seem to be a shade of gray because the liberal-controlled mainstream media work very hard to "muddy up" the water so that folks with common sense have a hard time seeing the liberal goals for what they are.

Welcome to SF forum Nebrfarmr. 🙂  I think my log files show you being around Pierce.  Nice country.  I used to haul a lot of hay out of that area back in the Nineties.

I don't envy you raising very young kids in today's world.  My kids are in college and high school and it is bad enough now.  I can imagine how bad it will be in a decade.  At least Nebraska is far enough away from a lot of the insane liberal activities.  At times it seems to be like fighting a war in quick sand.

I know in some of my posts, I may seem to be wishy-washy, but it is more because of views that are not set in concrete, than anything else.  I can remember a saying, 'a wise man will change his mind', anmy views sometimes tend to change, as I learn more things.  The problem is sorting the truth from the propaganda.

When I hear propaganda from opposite sides, saying opposite things, I tend to go with what I can see out my window, or around town.  If that doesn't give me an indication, I have to go with my gut.  Sometimes I just have to decide if person A seems more credible than person B

We have sold some hay over the years, to local buyers, but the last couple of years has seen high row crop prices, so we shifted more acres into that, and with the last couple years being dry, we only sold a few loads here and there the last couple years.  Kind of a double-edged sword, as we were getting our name out there for having decent hay with no noxious weeds in it, we started running out of hay to sell (we had dryland alfalfa this year that only made one cutting).

You certainly have a warped view of democracy and patriotism.  Michelle Obama said that in reply to the american people voting a black guy into the WH.  You know that and your paste waste pure envy.   It would almost appear you are not proud of your country, especially when they have a black dem in power. 

Furthermore, isn't Obama allowed to associate with people who have helped him along the way? Johnson might not be your cup of tea but then again, who is?  I have also read about Che but I think the photo displayed is a little doctored by someone but then again, that is democracy mate.  Why would you bother to insinuate Obama is not patriotic by showing one photo of him not holding his chest.  Did you forget about the thousands of times he did?  Yeah -  I thought so.  Apart from that, why is it compulsory for all americans to do that.  It means Jack sh-t so why put so much emphasis on it.  Nixon did it a million times then lied his guts out.  It sure does mean something.

As for posting how your something log registers some one in somewhere, so what.  It doesn't  give you any influence over anyone but you obviously want your computor skills to be advertised so all the punters stand there, mouth open and in awe of you. I chuckle when you said I was in Sydney.   your information is so way off the radar on that one too.   I await a stinging reply but not long. Have a nice day on the woodpile.
