Re: The US observes memorial day

For all the wrong reasons.

Has always been a jingoistic orgy of "my button is bigger than your button".

But with the self dealing egotist now in the White House it has deteriorated into a cross between May Day in Red Square and a Hitler Youth rally.

Nobody ever went broke underestimating the folly of the AMERICAN PUBLIC.

And no politician has ever lost by underestimating the desire for blood and circuses that the barflies all across America so greatly desire to prove to themselves that underneath that blubber lies a real Rambo.

Re: campaign rhetoric is always suspect

Aren't you the one who told us over and over that Mueller's FBI dropped the twin towers and shoot a missile into the pentagon? Wasn't it something about the melting point of steel or some such thing? When exactly was it that Mueller quit lying and started telling the truth?

Re: campaign rhetoric is always suspect

Mueller had only been in that post for a very short time.

If you want to get him, I've already directed you to the Amerithrax investigation but it would require some courage to go there.

Easier to be a troll.

guy gets it partway right, but then stops short when he pins it on Ivins. The National Academy of Sciences (So Called Scientists who don't know nearly as much as any fat white gun toting drunk troll, and just want that government farm payment, er, I mean grant money) has concluded that the scientific case on that is lacking.

So you're in the unenviable (or enviable, if you're a troll who can make things up however) situation of claiming not to know who George and Dick were but still needing to keep past legend intact.

You need to keep that road paved to fascism, particularly when you're so close to achieving it.

Re: campaign rhetoric is always suspect

He was there almost as long as Bush. If he didn't plan he shore did help cover it up. What is it you progressive call that? Collision? Obstruction? Treason??? Maybe he's afraid Trump will finally shine a light on all of it.

Re: campaign rhetoric is always suspect

10 days, actually.

But it is all sitting right there if you and The Donald have the courage.
