NSA should never have been allowed to retain all of our data without a warrant, and I'd argue that a secret court is not constitutional.
Matter of fact, one of the past NSA whistleblowers says that the NSA scraping all of the data it does, actually makes us less safe because they cant actually filter it.
So it not only defies right to undue search and seizure, but makes the country less safe.

The best thing however, is that the swamp was dumb enough that they authorized the NSA's capture of everyone's data, including their own. It's the equivalent of a bugler setting up a camera at a jewelry store, robbing it with no mask on, and then leaving the tape for the police.
