You've got to feel just a little bit sorry for them. In this latest tranche of US military aid the Ukrainians received a whole batch (several thousand) of these Precision Guidance kits (PGK). They are a combination GPS guidance & detonator that screws right on standard 155 mm artillery shells and provides 10 m (30 ft) accuracy. Assuming the highway in the picture below is 20 meters wide then the black circle in the picture below gives a rough idea of the PGK accuracy compared to the typical Russian shelling pattern of 300 m.
And the PGK's are really inexpensive. Gooby and his gang should do their best not to get mobilized. Spread the word, Dweedle.
