With the Nunes memo, the WH paid no attention to the security concerns voiced by the DOJ and the law enforcement agencies.

With the Dem rebuttal memo, the WH says that they listened closely to their concerns and it was all too sensitive for the public to see.

There will be considerable pressure on Shiff’s to read the memo into the Congressional Record.  Which he has the legal authority to do.
