I`ve heard of 3 local schools that have plastic swimming pools with kitty litter for the "student cats". That said, I have not personally seen them, I can`t imagine that they would actually defecate in them probably pretend.
My problem with the "fact checking" of the CNN types is they cherrypick who they "fact check" . In this case, a single Michigan school was "fast checked" and "no litter box found!" ... therefore the gigantic leap is made "a litterbox was not found at THAT school in Michigan therefore there aren`t ANY litterboxes in any schools in the ENTIRE US". See, those of us who`ve actually had logic courses shake our heads at that shallow "fact checking".
