The evidence lost in the mail thing is just a little too obvious. You can take a scandal only so far on innuendo, at some point you need real evidence and it's obvious that Tucker doesn't have any.
Bobulinski was the one making accusations and that is who the biden family would have to sue. They won't. Because he has proof. Had he gone to the FBI with faked evidence he would be setting himself up for serious time.
Hunter's most likely target would be Giuliani. If it was fake he could already be asking a judge for a cease and desist. We havent heard a word from hunter though have we?
