That's horrible news.  Hoping that sanity prevails on all fronts  Thinking of Jerry Lytton in Missouri some 30 years ago,and of course our Senator Wellstone.  Damned October

Re: U.S. Senate Candidate Dies in E. Iowa

Maybe they were re-enacting Buddy Holly's last flight. Speaking of Holly, Waylon Jennings was supposed to be on the flight but traded his seat to another member who was sick. And speaking of Waylon Jennings, His wife, Jessi Coulter, aka Meriam Johnson, lives in Mesa and is related to my wife's ex-husband. She had a huge auction last weekend and unfortunately, I missed it. I really wanted to meet her. Anyway, the auction was unbelievable--tons of memorabilia and the top item--Buddy Holly's Ariel motorcycle which was given to Waylon. I looked at the sale catalog Sunday and it really was amazing.

The big Bopper was the singer that was ill and need a quick ride so he could get there and get some bed rest before the next concert. I beleive in North Dakota. Waylon gave up his seat but in jest suggested that he hoped the plane would go down. He had to live with that horrid remark for the rest of his life. Richie Valens was the other passenger in ADDITION TO BUDDY HOLLINS.

Re: I wonder how religion survives this?

Any business that opens on main street with faulty advertising would be closed down or fined for their errant behavior. Yet the business of selling faith can go about with their charlaton like behavior with out a challenge from the law.

In fact they want to sell their wares on the public streets and facilities as well as building immense facilities sparing no expense while trying to extort funds from the most impoverished amongst us. If you don't give us your quarter or peso you will not make it to the promised land. Plus this business expects a tax free status and their members expect a tax deduction on their contribution. No beleivers subsidizing the wackos.

And whats more those that subsidizes your faith are considered indecent.  How is that for for hutspah?

Let's see, faulty advertising......if you like your policy you can keep your policy. Period.

Yes, under the ACA you can keep your insurance that you already have. However, there is nothing to keep the insurance company from deep 6ing you. No one has an argument with the president. You have it with the insurance company.

They are blaming Obama for their own mistakes. Sound familiar.
