This has been "bugging" me as little data bits on the dribble in regarding the insect apocalypse. 

But I guess "scientists disagree?"

Mostly Syngenta and Bayer with the neonics, so hey, who cares about those foreigners?

I suppose they do mostly manufacture them here, though.

Although sort of like the $10 that China adds to an iphone as it passes through the chain there. It is mostly intellectual property, out there in the corporate ether somewhere.
