I'm sorry BA but i've got to disagree with you, in part on the move.
I think Russia's little move a short year or two ago with it's "land grab", is in people minds....and to play with their minds, we'll
put missles on the other side of the fence, so you can see them, and if they are radioactive or not, matters little, having
one of those things looking at you, is less than fun.....
I think perhaps the better would have been to "loan" some of our first generation semi-portable missle defence systems to those
that have those missles pointed at them.
first, less of a chance of something going wrong, since they are more of a responce system.....
