Upon reflection, I'm with Turley

despite his ridiculous arguments and just making stuff up. He says there's not enough evidence of an "actual crime" to impeach.

Remember, this is lifetime criminal Donald J. Trump and a vast army of his swampscum. There are crimes aplenty.

-Need to work Parnas and the phone records into the Intel complaint. Need an ethics case against Nunes.

-Need the taxes and related financial documents such as the DB loan agreements.

-Need testimony of all witnesses who have defied subpoenas and all documents (which might ironically mitigate the obstruction count).

-Need to revisit Mueller and in particular, subsequent sworn testimony from the Roger Stone trial.

-Need a legal opinion of the status of Rudy Giuliani vis a vis bogus attorney client privilege.

Re: Upon reflection, I'm with Turley

Where he seemed to really befoul himself, below. Or perhaps not- maybe he was trying to play to some imaginary middle ground and was in fact a less eprfect witness for the defense than the few FOX worthy soundbites might indicate.

But anyway, sure. Those dang Dems won't even subpoena the key players or documents.

"The hearings seemed to studiously avoid every witness with firsthand knowledge of the issue, including personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, former national security adviser John Bolton, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney, and others. It was like hearing the play “Hamlet” entirely from the view of his friends Rosencrantz and Guildenstern. At some point, you really have to hear from the royal family."

Pretty pathetic but he'll still be teaching and still show up as a legal expert on various TV outlests for years to come.

Re: Upon reflection, I'm with Turley-lightbulb comes on

in the jumble that all of this I had forgotten about this piece that I’d read a week ago. It left an impression, but while I recalled some of it I had forgotten that it was written by Turley.

Was linked to it from right leaning Real Clear Politics, Which is usually a good place to find out what the old guard GOP pundits are thinking.

i Just read it again. And his Schreier from today. Maybe he was trying to transmit something.

Turley, from 11-26:

Re: Upon reflection, I'm with Turley-lightbulb comes on

Just got himself out on a pretty good limb.

In regards to seeking obstruction on maters Mueller, he said that the case wasn't made becasue not only Bill Barr said so but also Rod Rosenstein.

Now that's some funny stuff there.

Mighta been hanging out at The Illuminati Lounge a bit too much.
