Walz impeachment petition in MN struck down

seems odd that the opinion of one Supreme Court justice regarding whether Walz's shortcomings arise to the level of malfeasance would stop a petition drive to impeach the failed governor.

Whatever happened to letting the voters decide?

Also, this makes the massive election fraud in MN seem much more plausible when you see an opinion like that rendered.
