What if they shutdown 25% of the federal government and no one noticed?

That is, no one noticed who lives outside of the 50 mile radius of the Washington DC beltway or is a card carrying member of our professional political punditry class.

so you didn't grow any soybeans in 2018? kind of a pity....guess the soybean payment is bigger than your CSP payments this year.

 

Vintage whine. China is paying for the soybean payments through tariffs on Chinese junk coming in...who pays for the CSP payments?
