There were clasified documents on the server.  Those documents were shared with folks without security clearance.

The server was hacked and is in the possession of others without US state department permission.

The Wikileaks releases are known to have come from the documents on that server....

What on earth would constitute a criminal offense in the case of storing clasified documents on a private server without state department clearance??

I get the feeling if they had shown up at a garage sale with a price tag  or been directly traded for a foundation donation it would have still been "poor judgement"....

No wonder the country wants to vote for a reality TV star..  A Trump vote constitutes a vote for "Throw the bums out"

I've watched ALL of ALL of the hearings regarding Secretary Clintons emails, and what you are spouting is just the same line of lies that has been there for months. It's over - Secretary Clinton is not going to jail, she will be President. And I, like Bernie, am sick and tired of hearing your lies against a great American woman. It's funny how you take shots at me, for adding to something that I have already posted.  I have seen Hardnox, a poster that I really enjoy on here, post 3 and 4 times after his initial post, and never be criticized for it.  

Get over it....sometimes you have a thought after you have posted, and want to add to what you've already said.  If I'm at my computer, I might go in and edit what I said.  If I'm on a portable device, I will probably just add to what I already said.  You don't like what I post - like I have told others, then don't read it.   But get off my case for coming back in and adding to what I have posted - there is nothing wrong with that.

When you are above the law just what difference does it make. The IRS is STILL shutting down conservatives raising money. It makes no difference. There is no one willing to bring any of them to justice. We have become a banana republic.
