A wealthy heir who plunged around in various ventures with checkered success. Always a huge self promoter but only hit his stride when he figured out he could be a brand.
Whether he ever actually expected to be Pres he entered into it with unprecedented conflicts of interest, at minimum, and just assumed that his Justice Department would function like the lawyers who have protected him from consequences his whole life.
Now he is finally at risk of losing everything and I question if he'd stop at anything if the situation becomes desperate enough.
