When is this stupidity going to stop?

MADISON, Wis. (AP) - State lawyers won't respond to a legal claim filed by a state senator's son seeking reimbursement for $80 in fees paid to the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
Jeffrey Decker, son of Senate Majority Leader Russ Decker, filed the claim with the state Department of Justice earlier this month.
Decker says he is enrolled in a biology course at the school but objects to paying $80 in fees to support things like the student union, student health services and the textbook rental program. He claims those fees are illegal.
DOJ spokesman Bill Cosh says the state will wait to see if Decker files a lawsuit before responding.
Decker's father earlier asked for an audit of UW-Stevens Point, which found the campus was making progress in addressing concerns about student governance.
