Well according to this, Sundance channel was not sold and the 20% share of what was sold had neither offices, property nor employees in New York.

 

The Sundance Channel is based in New York, but neither Sundance T.V. nor Sundance Television Limited had an office, property or employees in the state, according to a copy of the suit obtained by the Daily News.
