While the spin here has transitioned

from “just know” to “ it simply can’t be” the Dennison World response to the mounting whistleblower scandal has come down exclusively to 2 simple arguments:

A) Rudy saying that he didn’t do it and explains why he did it.

A) The rest of Dennison’s crack personal legal team says OK, this all may be but you can’t charge and prosecute a sitting President, so there

In other words it probably comes down to wether 16 or so GOP Senators are convinced they can do the right thing and still hang on to their seats.

Best that come out of it finishing out the term under a cloud and then holding an election. One which has a better chance at being fairly conducted and tabulated than it did 2 days ago as Mitch finally relented and let election security legislation move forward.

in the meantime, count on a good run being taken at getting a shooting war started somewhere

The story here is the VP of the US using his influence to kill an investigation into the wrong doing of his son. Was Obama aware this was happening when it happened. Did he approve of it.

Bruce, at what point do you get embarrassed at being a pawn of the idiotic left, and give up? How many stories, the can't miss ones, have you alluded to and been shot down?

None of us claim that Trump walks on water or anything, but he is doing pretty damned good, and you look like a clown parroting the left wing agenda here.

Give it up, pal.

Before you guys hit the "lie" button you should think about purgatory and the 500 horny priests.

As long as there are those among you who remain convinced that the Barr summary was the last word on the Mueller Report and from that belief discount the obvious collusion described clearly in the Report then you have no standing to condemn or to link the RW drivel that you do.

Are you saying that there is a universally accepted Trumist line in response to this most recent set of revelations?

The you can’t investigate or indict a sitting President one?  Are you sure you want that?

Can't investigate Trump - huh?  He's been under investigation his entire Presidency.

I'm saying - crying wolf syndrome -

Re: While the spin here has transitioned

Who has done that?  10’s of Millions of people terribly wary of him, but only Congress can formally investigate and they need self-approval to do that. They take recommendations from The Inspector General, and from Special Investigators, but Congress has to pass action to actually formally investigate in a manner that would lead to actually doing anything.

I’m starting to suspect that your news sources aren’t reporting that they are being illegally denied information of that sort

War?

It would take a whopper of an event (or false flag) to get the American public on board again.

And would also require something where a good clean TV win like Gulf 1 was the outcome.

Luxemberg? Greenland?

NK and Iran are problematic in that regard as they've been for countless other administrations.

Re: While the spin here has transitioned

I'd say that a Peace Offensive would be a better strategy- make big "best deals ever" that contain whatever- not important. Whatever happened after the election would be immaterial.

BTW, could probably pull out of AFG quickly a few months before the election- hoping that the stuff that's going to go down after that waits a while to get rolling.

Which is of course why we're still there, regardless of Biggest Brains or anyone else.

Stuck to a number of tar babies and populist posturing doesn't prove any more effective than anything else has.

Although the JPOA is looking mighty good right now. Thanks Obama!
