In fairness, someone probably just wrote it on a paper for him to read.  He probably thought he was ordering ice cream.

I imagine that the senator has a big binder full of platitudes to share, and this one probably came from 1972 or so. slow joe hasn't got the memo yet about the new positions he is supposed to support.

The woke left has to be concerned about * also.....he is taking ineptitude to a whole new level, and I guess we on the right side should be happy that the senile fool is NOT up to the task of implementing a leftist takeover of America.
