When the state of Indiana responded to the question put forth by Justice Kennedy when the state's voter ID challenge worked it's way up there- "can you cite a case of voter impersonation in the last 100 years?" the answer was no. However the SCOTUS nevertheless ruled against the challenge.


Long on anecdote, bad at math. Kris Kobach has spent a ton of KS taxpayers' money on his quest and has so far delivered 9 convictions. 


But he's hoping to ride it to GOP stardom and the governor's mansion on the way.
