Who would Obama and Dems prefer to run against?

If it is down to Newt or Romney, which increasingly looking to be the case, I'd say Newt.

It is almost a given that at some point Newt will detonate the suicide vest that he carries with him at all times. And it is a well known fact that he couldn't manage a McDonald's, as entertaining as he can be.

Repubs probably need to hold their noses and play the "competence" thing with Romney.

Either could raise massive amounts of money.

One thing about Clinton was he wasn't afraid to come around and change when he saw he was in trouble.  All be it Newt forced him to except his contract with America and fiscal responsibility but at least Clinton was smart enough to come toward the middle and try to take credit but this guy obamma is just way to narcissistic to change course and will leave his vest on right through the election and become a one termer.  The best thing you could do is throw this puppet under the bus.

If you think that Obama as President is the major problem the country has and skies will turn sunny when one of the Great White Hopes gets in office, I got news for you.

On the other hand I have to admit that my revulsion for Bush/Cheney was at least as intense as yours apparently is for Obama so I probably have to permit you some space to rant.

A history based on the traditional post-war view of politics will certainly vindicate my view. But the winners write the history so if fascism triumphs I suppose we'll have posters of the Our Fathers on every street corner. That battle is currently being waged.

BTW, on the matter of history, where do you suppose Cheney's VP papers have gone?

Look if you fell for the hope and change, of obamma I'm wasting my breath here.  You might be interested in some history thow as I was driving home yesterday I decided to tour the town of Hendley in your honor.  The guy who invented Kool Aid grew up there... it's a town of just 38 folks.

I could care less about the Chenny papers and am not worried about them.  Chenny is a wonderful smart man and reminds me of my favorite uncle.

Now I just want you to know I'm going to get on with my day and enjoyed the back and forth.  It is great to have discourse where it does not sink into hatefilled crap throwing and we can still like each other.  One of my hired guys and I disagree on many fronts and we have some of the greatest conversations and we both walk away feeling good.

I don't let this stuff ruin my day.
