Thune Says He Will Block Obama

WASHINGTON (AP) — South Dakota Sen. John Thune is telling conservatives he'll use his position in the Senate leadership to try to block President Barack Obama's agenda.

Thune is among a crowded field of potential White House contenders speaking at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference. He told the group Friday that Obama is grabbing for more power and using broad regulation to get his way. He says Obama has already given the nation "more government, more debt, fewer jobs and less freedom."

Thune says it'll take a new president to take on Social Security entitlements, federal debt and national security problems.

Mr John Thune or better known as Mr Ethanol.  He hasn't found a farm subsidies program he didn't like (Buying votes)  He supports so called less spending but supports a ethanal MANDATE  that will cost taxpayers 30 billion in next 5 yrs.   Ya he 's a conservastive alright.  The mans a fraud with  two months.  He now joined by Kristi Noem (SD 3 million dallor farm subsidies welfare  qween) who campagned on less spending but supports ethanol the biggest corp wellfare scam put on American taxopayers.   I read that SD has a fleet of flex fuel cars but with the poor milage is forceing the state to go back ti E30 or maybe E10 to cut fuel costs.   How much more imported oil is needed to support blending due to poor milage of blended ethanols    Thune and neom don't like spending  MANDATES  but support ethanol. ripe off mandate.   You probably have to see how much Poet throws their way..
