I’m sure they all would. Only people that are straight, white and male are good enough. White females are allowed only to provide intimate satisfaction for the dominant male.
Would I sign? No.
Should they still have their "rights" as American citizens? Yes.
Should they have "special rights" (resulting from their LGBTQ+ status or claim) not afforded to any other "majority" American? No.
The right to marry, for example? How about the right to peacefully enjoy their privacy? How about the right to teach school, or hold any job?
