No blackouts and no one hiding in bomb shelters, actually I do not know of any bomb shelters except a couple like the Diefenbunker in Ottawa that are tourist attractions and/or museums.
Now what is troubling is we have to pay parking when we go for medical treatments.
Parking fees seem to keep going up and it cost $12 the other day for my wife to park when she had an aoppointment.
If they keep going up we may not be able to afford medical care.
Fortunately our doctors office has free parking
