You say that but yet, you call abortion and gay marriages and, indeed even homosexuality a moral failing and you try to eliminate it through legislation. Then have the gaul to say "you can't legislate morality." Y'all don't know what you want except that you're agin it or, if it suits you, fer it!
Well it's against the law to kill other folks and some still do it. It's against the law to steal and some still do. As far as abortion goes the death culture won that one. My point is the argument that you can't legislate morality is almost all laws do try to legislate morality.
