They got 17 republicans to vote for the Infrastructure Bill containing over $500 billion in new spending by just raising the threat to eliminate the filibuster but not actually eliminating the filibuster. That's called "having your cake and eating too".
Next, they're going to jam as much of the remaining spending they want through with reconciliation and dare McConnell to block the debt ceiling increase.
