That is the answer I would agree with.

Allow her to have the choice.

A caring husband would support her choice and help her in making that choice WITHOUT pressuring her either way.

 

The freedom to choose.

My wife is infertile. However, if she should by some chance get pregnant, I already adopted two children that aren't my blood, and I believe I love them as much as you do your children. I think I have room in my heart for one more. The baby, would be innocent, and I don't believe in punishing the innocent, for the misdeeds of the guilty.

First, my wife is infertile, so it wouldn't happen in my case. However, speaking hypothetically, I think it safe to say, that the rapist would have more reason to fear me, than the baby would. The baby is innocent, it asked for none of that, so why make it suffer?

Yep, the rapist would not want me to find him before the police did.
