The cowboy thing is going to play huge in this. Gonna see more hats and belt buckles than we've since Bonanza went off of the air. Not so sure how that will play but certain to cement the faithful. 1000 stock cow and calf pairs worth between 2 and 3 million How the (perceived or otherwise) fact that the guy has been feeding them for free for 20 years will play upon this saga picking up mainstream interest remains to be seen.

Given that conclusion, he should owe real estate taxes which would give the local government to take the land for back taxes?

 

You say no real estate taxes due? Well he didn't inform the county that he owned that parcel of land and they assumed it was land owned by the federal government and not subject to real estate tax.

 

We are gonna get that siucker one way or the other! HEH!

I'm not sure if Nevada has a personal property tax that would apply to water rights.
