If there had ever been a case where a farm estate was liquidated by estate taxes it would have been the lead story in every Farming publication and website in the country.
Give us the details on the indebtedness going into the case. Not just the farm but the heirs. On what the exemption was at the time.
And, seriously as a heart attack. If that would have been the case it would have spurred code changes. Not that they haven’t been hideously liberalized regardless.
As for voter fraud, a few individual cases scattered across the country don’t make a movement. States have tight safeguards in place. Blue and Red ones.
