Hate crimes are selective (if you're a liberal) evidently it's whom is hated. If you hate a certain sexual orientation, a person of a certain sex or a person of a certain color it's a hate crime, but if you hate other sexual orientations, sexes or colors it's okay.
As a test, let us substitued several white teenagers as agreesors and the victim with a black person, to continue we will have them motivated by hate of Barack Obama.
