Re: every witness is lying

They all have every right to enter a sworn afadavit into a court of law, and to be prepared to be cross examined.

So far the courts have refused to hear their cases. Not on the merits but because of technicalities.

Rudy's in trouble for making that false assertion under oath before the AZ legislature.

Not true.

And regardless, none of the suits that were denied on he basis of standing contained any of that stuff.

For the obvious reason that the attrorneys do not want to be disbarred.

When lawyers won't submit their claims in court I'd have to say yes, they are.

People lie here daily- sometimes multiple times- on account of Just Knowing.

Can't submit their claims when the courts refuse to hear them. Come on man. Stop the malarkey. Get the lying repubs in court and make fools of them. Put them, under oath so they can say aw for get it. I was lying.

transparency - nothing to hide

From msn

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, living as they do in the real world and not on Planet Nutzoid, on Friday told the Arizona Senate to take a hike and take their subpoenas with them.

The Republican-run board, citing constitutional concerns, voted 4-1 to refuse the Senate’s sweeping demand to turn over all 2.1 million ballots cast in last month's election along with all Dominion Voting Systems equipment and other information......

"The subpoenas serve no valid legislative purpose," the lawsuit says. "There is no legislative authority to audit election results. There is no legislative authority to conduct forensic audits of election tabulation machines, software, and other equipment. There is no legislative authority to examine ballots.

"There is no legislative authority to conduct elections."

The facts:

The term “Elections Clause” refers to Art. 1, § 4, cl. 1, of the United States Constitution that reads as follows: “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but Congress may at any time make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Place of chusing Senators.”

And they decided, and there was an election.

End of story.

But Sid may need your help as a paralegal.
