Sounds like the Supreme Court needs to take up the issue and determine if 1) Obama's EO was legal, or 2) Trump's EO to rescind Obama's EO was legal. Perhaps neither was legal, perhaps both. It stands to reason that even if Obama's EO was not legal, it would really screw with a lot of people's lives to totally rescind that EO now. Still, that shouldn't stop Trump from keeping the DACA program out of reach of anyone new.
