Is it legal to label all Democrats as a communist?   That’s the bigger question.

You have to be skeptical, when people say,  “Everybody is doing it.”   “Nobody would go there”.   When people use those terms - everybody, always, never, many people are saying it - these are lines used by a person that is just “faking” what they are telling you.  Trump does it a lot.  So do his cult when they bring things to share here....
