What's particularly troubling about the return of COVID in Italy is that the country has done everything experts like Dr. Anthony Fauci have been advising. Face masks in public places have been compulsory for months, social distancing is strongly enforced, nightclubs have never reopened, and sporting arenas are at less than a third of capacity. Children who are back at school are regularly tested and strictly social-distanced, and yet, the second wave seems completely unstoppable.

Don’t worry Sammy.   I got it on good advice from one of our top advisers here, that “It’s just the damn flu!” and, Trump says every day, that we are “Rounding the corner” on the virus.   Soon, it’s just going to miraculously disappear, like a gift from god!!!   Yep, the “know all better than anyone else” is on it.   

And it looks to me, like I said a few days ago, “Save yourselves!”   The cavalry isn’t coming any time soon.

Still a bit better than the US both short and long term.

The trick is to not let it get a foothold but that ship sailed for us.

Seem to be strong cultural factors. Human behavior is the prime factor.

I’m 5 months from being 65.   I’ll keep doing, what I am doing.   Obviously, it’s working well for me.

Today though, I have to travel deep into the “death zone” of Central Wisconsin, to take my guys at the farm some parts, and pick up my corn for the corn stove.   Going to be a long day.....

Jen, I think your tag line is off by a mile.  It's Democrats can win without fear mongering, i.e. global warming, cutting social security, stopping medicare, etc.  It's Democrats that rely on courts with judges appointed by Obama and Clinton to make law that never would make it through congress.  It's Democrats that rely on bureaucrats and agencies to make laws that would never make it through congress.  It's Democrats that rely on nursing homes, cemeteries and ballot collectors to win elections.
