lawyers

There are three main reasons lawyers quit cases. 1) Client won't accept their advice. 2) Client instructs the lawyer to do something which would compromise their professional duty i.e. lying in court. 3) The client won't pay.

I suspect we've got the holy trinity here.

Re: One more reason, they'll ....

One more reason, they'll never work again.  More than one trump lawyer has been asked to leave their firm after word gets out.  Unlike trump's self-described "wing nuts" here,  most law firms understand the gravity of inciting insurrection against Congress and don't want to have anything to do with an honest-to-god traitor.

Re: lawyers

Yeah, these are quite big problems that lawyers face. Taking to a lawyer he told me that the biggest problem for him was when clients step in solving the case and ,,teaching “ the lawyer how to his job.

Re: lawyers

Law, duty, and conscience in the advocate's profession are above the will of the principal. No wishes, requests, or instructions of the principal aimed at non-compliance with the law or breach of duty can be executed by a lawyer. So we could have ended the statement of his position at this point because set the situation when the client is frankly wrong it is from the legal it is state and moral it is a public position. But I met here https://www.erasethecase.com/what-does-a-florida-expungement-lawyer-do/, and I will say that the lawyer will always find options in the law that can be used and will be right on the relationship of the law.

Re: lawyers

Being a lawyer is a tough job but an interesting one. My parents used to both be lawyers, but now only my dad works in this field. Working with criminals is not that easy, especially if you're into criminal law. I found this article if you are interested in hiring a lawyer and how to work with them thttps://www.hg.org/legal-articles/sec-defense-lawyer-5-things-to-know-before-you-hire-61746. It has a lot of useful stuff about law and working in this field. You should check it out, and it's pretty cool.

Re: lawyers

These are not all the reasons why a lawyer can drop a case, this is just a part of it! A year ago I found myself in a very difficult situation, an incident at work. At the factory where I worked, there were two very heavy 3-meter metal ladders, one of them fell on me and broke two cervical vertebrae. As you can understand, my legal capacity was called into question, I had to prove the involvement of the production in the injury I suffered. The lawyer who worked with me at the time dropped the case the moment the judge began to challenge my opponent's guilt. Fortunately, I quickly found https://www.oxnerpermarlaw.com/personal-injury/, they know how to work how to handle personal injury and accident cases. This is one example.

Re: lawyers

The main reasons a lawyer might quit the case are the lack of cooperation from the client, refusal to pay, or realizing that the case is a waste of time. It's hard for a lawyer to work on a case, especially if their client refuses to say every detail about the crime/illegality he was accused of. Lawyer companies like https://ndandp.co.uk/insolvency-claims/ and other big names often won't quit a case unless their image and image are at the point of getting dirty. Lawyers and companies will put their integrity above anything.
