Good point. What’s actually meaningful from a political and governmental standpoint is who left and who remains. And what the transients do or don’t do to modify the places they move to.

The numbers wouldn’t fall into a range that would be considered significant to a mathematician.

Makes for good alarmism though for numerous segments of the fused RW base.

These were top states losing population.  Mostly because of their taxation and politics.  You can only enjoy the weather in California if you're filthy rich.  Middle class people can't afford to live in these places anymore.
