Kankakee 60 miles south of Chicago in the same state  6 per 100,000 http://www.city-data.com/crime/crime-Kankakee-Illinois.html

Maybe I read it wrong?    If not, I wonder what the difference is?  I randomly selected a city near Chicago.  I suppose Kankakee has a much more severe firearms law than Chicago.  There must be some difference to have a murder rate .012 that of a nearby city.

If I were made dictator I would just simply take guns away from the primates in the ghetto, problem solved. Now the left wants to think of themselves as being logical analytical thinkers, so I would just say look at the statistics, according to the numbers I've read the gunproblem in the USA isn't in the white rural areas. So let's just send the aging hippies to East St. Louis and have them take Tyrone's gun away, leave mine alone. They will figure out quick that race and culture matter to everyone but them.

It's not race.  Race has nothing to do with how people act, culture does.  A liberal culture that says human life is animal and that the unborn are tissue or you don't need a dad have to have an effect on it's group.

That is strange you should say that. Take the guns away problem solved. I have been saying that to solve the whole USA from the gun madness.
