not only your health care, but ending war

At the end of 2011 the total U.S. fatalities in the Afghan war was 1,757. Prior to Obama's inauguration, between 2001 and 2008, there were 569 deaths. Since Obama's inauguration there have been 1,188 deaths in the war.

That means 67.6 percent of the total U.S. military deaths in the Afghan war have occurred under the Obama administration (1,188 out of 1,757).

So much for getting the US out of the Middle East and protecting American soldiers.

Only, Trump didn't mention that in the debate when he criticized the current administration for "pulling out of Iraq" (by an agreement reached and on a timeline set by the previous administration).

There is a pretty good chance that all of those Gold Star families know the circumstances involved in their departed loved ones having been there. Things like that tend to heighten curiosity and encourage reflection.

Your statement changes nothing and is irrelevant.
