not really surprized
The state's report notes that the bar has a dress code forbidding high-heeled shoes, wigs or appearance-altering make-up or strong perfumes. While the report states there's nothing wrong with the dress code itself, it has determined that the bar uses this code as an excuse to exclude overly feminine women or transgender people. The Wrangler is a "bear" bar, whose target demographic is the burlier of the gay men.

Re: not really surprized
Obama said in Denver that he "let the bear loose"..I wonder if there`s a confession that he would like to make? 🙂 Actually with this "bear" business, I`d have him more pegged as the "glam" type ala Benny Hill.

I have been in that place, not really my style but it is also full of straight women who enjoy a night of fun. It's is practically a neighborhood bar.
Discrimination is wrong everywhere.

Oh well, you could do like the rest and just ignore anything that might cause you to think.
Now why would I resort to your MO ?
