Before I go into a deeper discussion on this subject, I strongly advise you to research the money which Bush took out of the same pension funds and many other taxpayer funded schemes when he was governor of Texas.   You do not know what you are talking about.

These 401k type accounts have been borrowed from a number of times: 1996, 2002 2003 2004, 2006, 2011.  So no need to spread false rumors about stealing going on.

Note that the borrowing occurred 4 times under GW.
