These figures show the biggest increase happened from 2008 to 2009. No way on this site to distinguish between bush and Obama here but some of the increase from 9.9 to 12.3 has to be bush's deeds and some Obama's. Many things are involved in this so it can't be entirely blamed on "reckless" spending.
