You should credit the source when you quote someone.  That way people won't think you were the source.

How come I can't get a similar exemption?  Is the grass in my cattle pastures less flammable?
I have a 1980s old pickup used for hauling salt/mineral/etc to cows, and asked around if I could remove the catalyst.  Nope, not legal.

Is there any way to get a waiver?   Nope, not for the public.

Any way to legally have it removed?
Nope, if you so much as CROSS a road without the catalyst, you are breaking the law.

My grass is not fireproof, why can't I do the same?
