I thought I read somewhere over the past few days that with Congress failing to move on stimulus that Dennison issued, or plans to issue, some sort of EO on evictions. Did you see that? Net effect of stopping evictions not much different than rent deferal.
From a guy who made stiffing creditors a big part of making his way in life it’s possible that he doesn’t see any potential downside to it.
