Black or white, these guys were out of control.  And I really like how they initially reported Nichols's medical condition, "shortness of breath".

  Police brutality is a problem worldwide, in Iran, Saudi Arabia, India, China, Russia, and the US, everywhere.

Anybody who reads a source such as this one here at SF or thousands of others where like minded people roost and feed off of each other should understand the ascendance of aggregated cultural bonding.  I’d be willing to wager that it could well be more present in the field of enforcement than anywhere. Most definitely super ceding things like race or other background factors.

is contrary to experience.  It's not either all white cops are racist or some cops engage in police brutality it's both, some white cops are racist and some cops engage in brutality.

Rick, of course police brutality CAN happen to a white guy on a Iowa rural road, I don`t know where you get the idea that I`m excusing police brutality?   I think the police academy training has messed up many a future police officers.  Also as I`ve said elsewhere, recruiting cops with previous military experience is a problem.  They are taught in the military to kill people and break things, not the same task as protecting citizens in a community as what is required of a police officer.
