Re: "Remember 202o"
yeah Sam Houston and your sister in law make the Alamo heroes pale in comparison.

One thing about Crockett....he both opposed the racism of Andrew Jackson, and also had a huge set as he left the confines of the Alamo, found some reinforcements, and went back in.

Re: "Remember 202o"
Have you been there?
It’s a sacred place. You’d be well served by taking a park bench and sitting through the narratives from the Park Rangers who staff it.

Re: "Remember 202o"
Probably better times than Veterans Day to be lionizing illegal immigrant privateers who were acting outside any official sanction of the USA.
1st MN, Marines at Belleau Wood (where rain sometimes falls on your hair in the cemetery!) etc.
One mostly forgotten episode of heroism is the Marines on New Guinea who fought the Japanese in close jungle quarters for months without relief in the dark year of 1942.

Re: "Remember 202o", how ironic.
According to trump, even those fellows who died at the Alamo were "suckers and losers", particularly those fellows.

I don't know.
White supremacy might be a cause he'd find worthwhile.
